The flat consists of a double bedroom and a triple bedroom (a bunk bed and a single bed), a bathroom with shower and bidet, a kitchen living, a terrace and a lawn for sunbathing. It is furnished with Satellite-TV-Radio, electro stove, fridge, coffee machine, mocha coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave.

Bedding, dishtowels and hand towels are changed weekly.
